I think everyone believes that teachers should be evaluated in part on how much their students learn, but according to many experts, changes in student annual test scores from year to year are nearly random; and requiring this as Rhee did almost forces principals and teachers to cheat.Leonie Haimsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17317355552298136811noreply@blogger.com
