Red tribe viewers get conned: Yesterday afternoon, we offered a report beneath this catchy headline:
Comer's star witness crashes and burns!
In our view, Kevin Drum's post about this matter offered the most succinct synopsis of what had occurred. Headline included, Kevin had offered this:
Yet another Biden crime story goes up in smoke
[...]
The informant in question is Alexander Smirnov, who retailed a preposterous story to the FBI about Burisma paying bribes of $5 million each to Hunter and Joe Biden for "protection." James Comer and Chuck Grassley got wind of this and demanded a copy of the FBI interview so they could investigate whether Smirnov's accusation was being taken seriously. The whole thing took the right-wing noise machine by storm.
Today Smirnov was indicted for lying to the FBI. The indictment came from David Weiss, the special prosecutor in the Hunter Biden case. Smirnov was arrested at the Las Vegas airport after arriving from overseas.
Smirnov had been regarded as a star witness in the House GOP's attempt to find a reason to impeach President Biden.
Just like that, Rep. Comer's star witness seemed to have crashed and burned! But in fact, he wasn't just Comer's star witness. As we showed you, Kevin had linked to a tweet by Matthews Gertz of Media Matters, and Gertz had offered this:
GERTZ (2/15/24): Sean Hannity's Fox News show ran with this informant's claims in at least 85 separate segments last year, including 28 monologues. He said they proved Joe Biden engaged in "public corruption on a scale this country has never seen before.”
According to Gertz, Smirnov had been Hannity's star witness too! For a fuller report on this matter by Gertz, you can just click here.
Sean Hannity's star witness had also crashed and burned! Along the way in our own report, we issued The Alexander Smirnov Challenge:
We wondered if Fox News viewers would ever be told about this arrest at all.
We wondered if Fox News viewers would ever be told. Today, we can tell you this:
In a segment which started midway through last evening's program, Hannity did tell his program's viewers about Smirnov's arrest. But as he did, he instantly launched a slippery attempt to justify his past reliance on the things the star witness had said.
Just like that, Hannity doctored a quote by Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), making it seem that Raskin had also vouched for Smirnov's claims in the past. Rather, he had "edited" a videotaped statement by Raskin. Hannity had edited the statement in such a way as to make it seem that Raskin had vouched for Smirnov's claims, just as he himself had done.
We probably shouldn't say that Raskin's quote had been "doctored." We actually saw the sort of abrupt "edit" which made us think that the fuller statement by Raskin would likely show something quite different from the impression Hannity was trying to leave.
Sure enough! This morning, we found the fuller videotape of what Raskin actually said on the day in question. In his fuller statement that day, Raskin made it clear that there was no reason to assume the accuracy of what Smirnov had said.
We also found this written press release by Rep. Raskin on that same day (June 5, 2023). As in his videotaped public statement, the press release includes the reasons for doubting what Smirnov had said.
We may start next week's report with this a look at this familiar type of deception. For today, we'll tell you this:
At least on the Hannity show, red tribe viewers were told that Rep. Comer's former star witness has now been arrested.
That said, they were instantly misled about the matter thanks to Hannity's ridiculous "edit" of Raskin's longer statement. So it frequently goes (though not always), in the early morning hours and then again in primetime, when red tribe viewers watch Fox.
For the record, those red tribe viewers don't know that they're being misled. They don't know that some or many of the things they're being told are grossly misleading, or may just be flatly false.
They also don't know about the types of information which are being withheld. For better or worse, similar problems sometimes afflict us blue tribe viewers when we watch programs on MSNBC, the "cable news" channel which has been designed to push preferred blue tribe narratives.
That press release by Rep. Raskin was dated June 5, 2023. That was the very day when Raskin made the videotaped statement which Hannity craftily clipped.
Red tribe viewers get misinformed in such way on a regular basis. Once again, an important point:
They don't know that they're getting conned! Indeed, several such callers showed up on C-Span's Washington Journal this morning, angrily repeating the bogus talking points they had been fed last night.
(We're not sure that we've ever heard so many angry phone calls to C-Span, or phone calls which were so angry.)
This is a problem with current arrangements in the realm of "cable news." We expect to discuss this more next week—and for the record, this isn't simply a red tribe thing.
In certain ways, our own blue tribe is involved in this breakdown too. Is there anyone on MSNBC whose conduct is as bad as Sean's?
We can't rightly say that there is, though that's setting the bar quite low.
If you want to see Sean's pseudo-confession on last night's show, you can start by clicking here. You'll quickly see the videotape of (one tiny part of) what Raskin actually said.
You'll instantly see that bit of tape. Careful—you're being misled!
I don't understand the basis for calling Smirnov a star witness.
ReplyDeleteRemember how Comer and Jordan widely trumpeted a "whistleblower" who could prove that Biden accepted bribes? They based their claims on a single, slender reed--a statement given to the FBI by someone who claimed to have direct knowledge of payments from Burisma to Joe Biden.
DeleteSmirnov was the supposed witness who offered that statement to the FBI.
I understand. I don't feel like that makes him a "star" with all the other verified whistleblowers and evidence. Thanks.
Delete"whistleblowers"!!! Bwahahaha!
Delete“Verified” LOL
Delete“Evidence” LOL
Delete5:11,
Deletetry to limit your discussion to non-imaginary persons and entities.
"All the other whistleblowers?"
DeleteThat's rather the point. Comer hung his whole accusation on Smirnov.
There were two gentlemen from the IRS he asked for and received “whistleblower status” and of course there's tons and tons of evidence in the form of bank records and emails.
Delete"Comer hung his whole accusation on Smirnov." What is the basis for this claim?
DeleteGrassley himself said he wasn't certain if the guy's allegations are accurate.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2023/06/20/fbi-whisteblower-biden/
Maybe I need to rewrite it for you again.
Delete"I want to believe Comer hung his whole accusation on Smirnov" is more accurate.
He was there whole “case” in spite of what the loser on this thread says.
DeleteBank records kept in your imagination.
Delete8z;48,
Delete"tons and tons of evidence in the form of bank records and emails".
Huh. None of this has made it into my media bubble.
Why don't you point me to the most damning written evidence that would support Biden's impeachment?
At 5:11, let’s treat you as a serious person. How does Smirnov’s arrest affect your take on the Impeachment case against Biden? Do you think it’s still strong? Do you think Comer has behaved honorably? Do you think the President has been treated fairly?
Delete7:48 Hi. Thank you for being so kind. ;)
Delete- I doubt if the arrest will end the impeachment inquiry. I don't agree that the case hinged on that witness.
- I never thought the case for impeachment was strong.
- I don't have an opinion about how Comer has behaved.
- In terms of the impeachment inquiry I do think Biden has been treated fairly.
I'm not saying this supports impeachment or not but here is some dirt that they dug up where Hunter was paid $5 million dollars by a Chinese company after threatening them and using his father in the threat. Hunter took out 400,000 of the 5 million, put it into one of his accounts and then a few days later wired $50,000 to President Biden's brother who, two weeks later withdrew $50,000 and wrote a $40,000 check directly to the President.
Deletehttps://oversight.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/Fourth-Bank-Records-Memo.pdf
Here are the cancelled checks from when the president's brother was paid $600,000 in loans explicitly because his connection to Joe Biden could "open doors". On the same day he received $200,000 of the loan, he wrote a check for the exact same amount to President Biden.
DeleteThis is troubling because President Biden claimed that he never benefited from his family's business dealings, but in this case even if there's an innocent explanation for the $200,000 payment, he still is benefiting from his brothers use of his name and influence.
https://oversight.house.gov/release/comer-releases-evidence-of-direct-payment-to-joe-biden/
All this is going nowhere.
DeleteBrandan's been there, inside the swamp, sucking on the taxpayers' tit, for a hundred years or so. He knows where all the bodies are buried. Obviously he won't be impeached or prosecuted. Remember, Trump was impeached for just suggesting that Brandan needs to be investigated.
I agree. It is interesting to see the cancelled checks and get an idea of how the sleaze actually works.
DeleteCan you believe these robots think Joe Biden is some kind of squeaky clean good guy?
Delete@8:42 AM
Delete"get an idea of how the sleaze actually works"
With Brandan it's going to be difficult to observe, as there is a huge effort to hide and discredit the evidence.
But you're in luck: there a much less publicized case unfolding right now: Bob Menendez. Gold bars, cash money, all the good stuff. That should give you an idea.
Yes, I read the Menendez indictment.
Delete8:21: You seem to acknowledge something with this:
Delete“even if there's an innocent explanation for the $200,000 payment”
And then go on to make an unsubstantiated claim:
“he still is benefiting from his brothers use of his name and influence”
It isn’t clear if “he” in that sentence refers to Joe or his brother.
At any rate, here are fact based reports on this:
https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2023/10/31/politics/fact-check-evidence-supports-democrats-case-that-joe-biden-made-a-personal-loan-to-his-brother/index.html
https://jabberwocking.com/james-comer-lies-his-ass-off-yet-again/
Just search for “Comer” at Kevin drum’s website, and you’ll see he’s been consistently reporting on this liar. Unlike Somerby, who has barely mentioned a word about a topic that takes up vast amounts of air time on Fox, a network he regularly watches.
9:40 - thank you for the links. Even if the payment from the brother to Joe was for an innocent loan, Joe still benefitted from his family's influence peddling because the money from repayment came from influence peddling. (President Biden made a claim he never benefitted. He also made claim he "never discussed" business with Hunter which he had to walk back, and as Drum points out he lied by saying Hunter was never doing business with China. )
Delete“he still is benefiting from his brothers use of his name and influence” - this is substantiated in the link I provided.
Donald Trump: “Once you became vice president he [Hunter Biden] made a fortune in Ukraine, in China, in Moscow and various other places.”
DeleteBiden: “That is not true.”
~~~~
It was all true. Hunter made millions from all those places. Deals that were made mostly in those countries when his dad was in the country at the same time and they had flown to them together on Air Force Two.
Delete"Even if the payment from the brother to Joe was for an innocent loan"
If that was a loan, it could be proven immediately by producing the transfer from Brandan to his brother.
True and yet the Republicans couldn't come up with any evidence in their congressional hearing.
Delete10:49: “producing the transfer from Brandan to his brother.”
DeleteThis was discussed in the link I provided:
https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2023/10/31/politics/fact-check-evidence-supports-democrats-case-that-joe-biden-made-a-personal-loan-to-his-brother/index.html
If this election is going to hinge on the monetary benefits of grifting off a politician parent, I think we know who wins here. The only goal at this point for Comer is to stretch this out until November. He pointed out his game plan way back in the days of H. Clinton smearing. Unfortunately he has got his timing wrong. And Trump, their huge liability, who will likely once again drag down the team with underperformance in November is going nowhere because of his cult following. If Biden decides not to run, albeit unlikely, any democratic candidate less than 60 with some name recognition and a few demographic pluses will demolish him.
DeleteThat ‘Corby’ comment is fake. 1:30 was right to be careful.
DeleteThe system is not coming to save you from Trump. It needs someone like him to do their dirty work and keep their hands clean.
DeleteTheir hands are dirty.
Delete"There were two gentlemen from the IRS [who] asked for and received 'whistleblower status'”
DeleteAh, Shapley and Ziegler. I had forgotten about those two. They claimed that US Attorney Weiss had asked for special prosecutor status but was turned down by Merrick Garland. Garland and Weiss both said they were mistaken. So if Smirnov doesn't qualify as a "star witness," neither do these fellows.
10:43 it’s amusing in a sad way that you are responding to your own comments as if you are someone else, you seem a bit of a tortured soul.
DeleteTo make your false point, you use a misleading quote from a Biden/Trump debate.
Here, I can do the same:
Trump: [Some say, you’re] the big man…I don’t know, maybe you’re not…what’s that all about? It’s terrible.
So Trump here appears to refute the claim that Biden was involved in Hunter’s business dealings and expresses concern that Biden is being falsely accused, which turns out to be true, Biden was not engaged in any substantive way with Hunter’s business affairs.
In reality, in the debate you referenced, Trump was in the midst of a Gish gallop of accusations, which were all false, to which Biden appropriately responded by saying that it was not true, all those false claims in Trump’s Gish gallop. This includes the claim that as a result of Biden becoming VP that Hunter made a fortune, that is in fact completely false. There is in fact no credible evidence to support this claim.
When you try to misinform by using a misleading quote, taken out of context, you’ve lost the argument, and you have failed.
Furthermore, there is no credible evidence any Biden was benefitting from the use of Joe’s name or influence.
When you whine on and on over unsubstantiated claims that have turned out to be false, while ignoring the more salient fact that Trump and his family made billions while he was president, from countries like China and Saudi Arabia, not only have you lost the plot, but you’ve exposed yourself as an ignorant fool, arguing in bad faith.
To answer the original question, Smirnov is a troubled person looking for a way out of his quagmire, so one night he went outside and looked up at the sky to make a wish…
ReplyDelete"Comer's star witness crashes and burns!"
He didn't crash and burn. He got arrested by the feds. And after Russiagate (and other shit) the feds have a reputation, you know. And consequently, being arrested by the feds makes one, if anything, more credible. In some quarters.
Just think what a criminal conviction would do for Trump’s chances.
Trump farting is not a crime.
Trump Stench, however, should be a crime.
Regardless, Trump has committed many crimes, he will be convicted later this year in the DC trial.
This article is good and reminds me of a good memory of mine. It occurred just a few months ago....
ReplyDeleteMy lady-friend Smupa and good friend Pratha and I were adrift on a small vessel in the vast ocean, participating in a journey of the mind, body, and spirit.
While contemplating the very existence of time and its corollaries, we were suddenly jolted by a series of large and violent bubbles surfacing just beneath our tiny vessel, nearly capsizing us in the process.
Soon after regaining our composure, a seriously foul odor was realized.
Within seconds of inhaling the noxious fumes, I began to envision a wildly amusing collage of surreal colors and creatures, causing me to vomit all of my life's frustrations in one major upheaval.
Pratha reacted to the foul odor by chanting backwards in his native tongue while deep in his trance.
Smupa began to smile in a most uncontrollable fashion and then proceeded to break wind from her bottom.
Smupa's gas pass served as the eureka moment. I then posed the question:
Do whales fart??
Once back on dry land, Smupa and I did some research and found the following:
According to Wikipedia:
“The short answer is yes, whales do indeed fart, flatus or pass gas depending on how you like to phrase it.
In fact whales, dolphins and porpoises are all marine mammals belonging to the cetacean species and they are all known to fart.
Today there are around 80 – 90 known species of cetacea currently in existence and they encompass all of the worlds major oceans from the tropics to the coldest of the northern and southern polar hemispheres.
When it comes to passing gas, farting is a common characteristic that most land and marine mammals have in common with one another.
Passing gas allows animals to release air that is trapped inside their stomach, which could lead to digestive problems, stomach cramps or other complications if not removed from the body.
When an animal passes gas or farts the air that comes out of the body comes primarily from two main sources.
The first source comes from oxygen that is pulled in through the air either while breathing (inhaling and exhaling) or when consuming food or drinking water; and since all mammals eat food and require oxygen to
survive they all take in air.
The second source of air or gas comes from food that is broken down by enzymes, stomach acids and bacteria in the stomach, which creates toxic gasses that need to be removed from the body to prevent it from doing harm to the individuals digestive system.
In order to release these gases animals need a way to expel them from the body and for most mammals this means that the toxic gas has to exit through either the mouth, which causes burping or through the anal tract which causes farting.
The gases that are expelled from a fart are mostly composed of hydrogen, carbon dioxide, and methane.
The reason some gasses smell worse than others is because of the breakdown of the foods involved.
Certain foods can cause obnoxious orders when released as gas while others do not.
From some of the statements researchers have made about whales farting they have concluded that yes, it stinks when a whale farts.
When a whale farts or passes gas underwater the sound is believed to be suppressed by the surrounding water making it silent or at least quite compared to the gas that is expelled from land based animals.
In some cases bubbles or clouds can be seen rising to the surface of the water when a whale passes gas.
Those most likely to experience whales farting are likely to be researchers involved in following whales and researching their dung or gathering information about their gestation period, habitat, social structure and other
important factors.
In some cases this may also be observed by tourists and whale watchers that are hoping to get a glance of these marine mammals in their natural habitat.
Unfortunately not much research has been done on this topic, however there have been researchers who have experienced and confirmed that yes whales do indeed
fart.”
Thank you for your time.
While whale farts may be silent, they are deadly.
ReplyDeleteThere must be a lot of money to go around in troll-funding because they even haunt an insignificant blog like this one. As I noted last week, when you visit conservative blog comments, you don't find this constant sewage of right wing lies and disinformation, or any liberal comments at all. It is only conservatives agreeing with each other, and talking about revolution and guns. And there are a lot more Cecelias and Davids over there. But no real discussion and certainly no dissent. So why do these Russia-funded trolls only inhabit blogs with non-conservatives? I suppose there is no sense in spending good money to recruit people who are bought and paid for.
I operate from a different time zone. I am Dorby.
DeleteAnonymouse 10:56am, what conservative blogs have you perused?
DeleteThe only posts you find legitimate are anonymouse posts, full of proclamations and assertions, odes to the virtues of the left, screeds on the balefulness and stupidity of conservatives (and of Bob’s “fanboys”), AND the ENDLESS fatuous and overwrought denunciations of the blogger.
Your description of conservative blog comment boards is exactly the environment you demand at this site.
Genuine.
Delete10:56 didn’t “demand” anything. The difference in comment sections was noted. And think about this that you said: “ the environment you demand at this site.” 10:56 noted that there was “no dissent” at conservative blogs. That means no dissent from the blogger or other commenters. You are the one demanding absolute agreement with Somerby.
DeleteGateway Pundit, Conservative Treehouse
DeleteI am not demanding it at this site. I am wondering why it is so different in the comment sections at red versus blue sites.
Where are the liberal trolls at the conservative sites? They are moderated out, or they are nonexistent because the left does not fund troll farms as part of its campaign efforts.
The last Pod Bless America episode mentioned that the traditional media is no longer important in campaigns, dictating a new approach to reaching people who don't watch cable, don't read newspapers, don't watch TV, don't use social media like twitter (X) but do use Tiktok, personal networks for texting, and listen to podcasts or watch youtube.
Somerby is barking up a dead tree.
I hate spamming this disorderly and improper blog. But I must.
An accusation that conservative blogs don't have other conservatives that dissent from the blogger.
Those issues are rightly conflated because they’re both flatus.
DeleteConservatives like:
DeleteEschaton Blog
Cognitive conservatives like Jabberwocking Blog.
DeleteThis is a liberal blog that is critical of liberals and dissents from the prevailing liberal orthodoxy. Other liberal blogs don't normally do that. Routinely, they do the opposite and feed the confirmation bias of their readers. So it's natural that the comments of a liberal blog critical of liberals would have pushback from liberal blog readers who are never exposed to such criticisms. For an accurate comparison you would have to find a conservative blog that routinely criticizes and calls into question conservative shibboleths and dogma. If you can find one, I would bet the mix of comments is the same.
DeleteGood luck finding a blog where the blogger is a Republican, but bitterly criticizes Republicans the way Somerby criticizes liberals, and where the blogger says “of course we’ll be voting for Trump.”
DeleteFurthermore, Somerby built this blog and it’s reputation on attacking corporate media for being stenographers for Republican talking points, and then he later shifted to attacking the “blue tribe” for ignoring the nonsense grievances of right wingers.
Thus, Somerby critics reasonably push back against his unsubstantiated claims, and his flip flopping of his views.
Anonymouse 9:37pm, anonymices are all for pushback as long as they’re doing it. If it’s the blogger or someone else pushing back against some anonymouse opinion, it’s rancid troll farm stuff.
DeleteEven Homer is out of order.
There’s little to no evidence that Somerby critics are closed minded to credible and coherent arguments.
DeleteUnsubstantiated claims are the name of the game for Somerby and his fanboys - case in point.
I don’t get your Homer reference, but Somerby is known to express appreciation for the Odyssey and the Iliad; however, there’s no evidence for Homer’s historicity, and those stories are, unsurprisingly considering when they date to, silly and offer no meaningful insight into human nature of any broad value.
Homer was a troll. The Iliad and the Odyssey are spam.
DeleteHomer offers nothing meaningful and there’s no evidence that anonymices are closed-minded.
DeleteActions are more important than words. E.g., Biden's recent suspension of LNG exports is worth a fortune to Russia, because it makes their energy exports more valuable. That extra income is a real benefit to Russia and Putin. OTOH American comments about Putin's murder of Navalny have no impact on Putin and Russia.
ReplyDeleteA step beyond overweighing the importance of words is overweighing the importance of a lack of words.
And now I'm unconvinced again and I will be voting for Trump. I'm Oorby.
DeleteWe are not fighting Russia and we are not trying to hurt them as a country. We want Russia to stop meddling in US politics and to stop its invasion of the Ukraine, which does not want to rejoin a Soviet Union. Your suggestion that we should oppose Biden because he is helping Russia reduces these specific concerns to some mindless opposition to all things Russian.
DeleteHere are some things David has not told you:
1. Republicans have introduced a bill to stop Biden's actions.
2. The purpose of Biden's action on LNG is to address climate change concerns.
3. He has not halted ALL LNG exports but has temporarily paused pending decisions about new exports.
4. This only affects non-FTA countries. An FTA country is one that has a Free Trade Agreement with the US. Those 20 countries are: Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Jordan, Korea, Mexico, Morocco, Nicaragua, Oman, Panama, Peru, Singapore.
5. Because this pause affects only pending decisions about building new export terminals (and indirectly new exports) and not anything already in place, there is no reason why Russian prices should go up. Biden is maintaining the status quo, not restricting existing exports.
6. Republicans oppose this because they oppose climate change measures and because they are funded by the LNG industry.
Genuine.
Delete"A step beyond overweighing the importance of words is overweighing the importance of a lack of words."
DeleteIn the context of Trump remaining silent on Alexei Navalny's death, I would say the statement above qualifies as the pseudo-profound bullshit of the year.
Seems like a perfectly reasonable statement to me.
DeleteBut of course demanding from people to demonstrate idiotic outrage is usual liberal bullshit, so carry on, by all means.
“pseudo-profound bullshit of the year”
DeleteIt’s only February. Certainly there might be other worthy contenders for this title, don’t you think?
Are we supposed to keep our record gas production on our shores or export it? I am so confused.
DeletePeed Pooper, it’s the best of the last 366 days. Will it be the best of 2024? We’ll see.
Delete2:16,
DeleteDa, Comrade.
As someone who works in the NG industry, 12:42 is largely correct and David is just spouting nonsense.
DeleteIn reality, overproduction is killing the industry, profits are plummeting because of it.
DeleteAs far as overweighting of words is concerned, I would volunteer the words savvy and genius, as used by Putin's biggest fanboy to describe the invasion of Ukraine. The challenge for Trump cultists like DIC is to pretend the words were unspoken. And thanks to 12:42 & 9:58 for some factual content to dispel what likely is nonsense originally emanating from a right wing media outlet.
DeleteI am a hawk on Ukraine. I think we should give them even more powerful weapons, so they can win.
DeleteSame for Israel. These are both wars of civilization against barbarism.
Alvin Moscow has died.
ReplyDeleteMy pay comes from Iran via Russia. It’s enough for me to live in my mother’s basement. I admire Cecelia and David. Bob I can take or leave.
ReplyDeleteYou operate from the forbidden time zone. This is unacceptable, and will not be tolerated. I am Dorby.
DeleteGenuine.
DeleteAnonymouse 1:16pm, David and I think you’re the bestest anonymouse of anonymices. Or not.
I wish Biden had the strength of Reagan and would just grant them immunity like 'ol Ronnie did.
DeleteAmerican power only uses refugees for politics. Otherwise they're just trash in the way.
DeleteWhite refugees deserve to have a flag, tanks and universities and houses in Palestine because they serve Washington.
Everyone darker than a paper bag can just die in a slum.
It's not their color. It's their willingness to serve Washington.
DeleteHmm but colonialism took money away from everyone who isn't white so what the hell does a Venezuelan have to offer Washington?
The critique of “reductionist” is occasionally appropriate (such as the importance of IQ), but generally is fairly weak since it relies on a vague concept unrelated to any specific issue.
DeleteNearly everything in the universe is uncertain, humans are not able to process every variable; therefore, “reductionist” could be applied to essentially any and every stance or observation.
Huntington was an islamophobe/xenophobe neoliberal neocon, and he had no understanding of behavioral science.
Advances in behavioral sciences have made it clear that the fundamental conflict in society is between egalitarianism and hierarchy/dominance. This conflict emerged about 10-12k years ago when humans transitioned from immediate return societies, to societies based on surplus and commodification.
The notion that Muhammad spoke for God is ridiculous.
Both sides.
DeleteThe Russo-Ukrainian war started in 1014. When Putin amassed troops to “support” Donetsk and Luhansk, two breakaway states that were Soviet aligned in 2022, prior to the invasion, Trump stated it was genius. Russian sympathizing trolls cannot make up history.
