Judge Jeanine rides again: How dumb can it get on the Fox News Channel? Consider what Judge Jeanine said on Monday evening's The Five.

It's the most watched show in "cable news!" On Monday, viewers heard the imperious know-it-all say what's shown below.

We enter the diatribe in progress. The judge is talking about Senator Van Hollen's recent trip to El Salvador. 

On the way to her latest misstatement of fact, she began with some poisonous claims about Van Hollen:

JUDGE JEANINE (4/21/25): ...What better way to prove your anti-American, your pro-illegal, your pro-MS-13 credentials than to leave the United States to check on the welfare of someone [like Abrego Garcia]...

According to Judge Jeanine, Senator Van Hollen had proven that he's anti-American—even that he's pro-MS-13!  That's the way she started. 

As she continued, she mentioned some unflattering facts about Abrego Garcia. She also described him as "a man who was ordered deported twice, not by one but by two judges, deported back to his own country."

We're not sure that statement is technically accurate. We can tell you this:

By this time, the judge had failed to mention the other ruling—the ruling which was somehow ignored by the Trump administration when they shipped Abrego Garcia off to imprisonment in El Salvador without any criminal charges and without any sort of a trial. 

So far, so ugly and poisonous, and possibly not so great! Now, though, the clown car really started to roll as the irate talker continued.

As she continued, the judge recited a familiar Fox News Channel claim—a claim which isn't supported by any available facts. She even mentioned the 2019 order which said that Abrego Garcia could not be returned to El Salvador, due to his well-founded fear for his life.

The car was really rolling now. Warning! What follows is inaccurate. It's built on an invented claim:

JUDGE JEANINE: Where is the hiccup there? The hiccup is there was a hold put on the 2019 case. Nobody talks about this. 

Why was the hold put on the 2019 order of deportation that was affirmed by the immigration appellate court? Because he was afraid his life is jeopardized by a rival gang in El Salvador. 

Now, listen to what I just said—"because of a rival gang." What better proof that you are a member of MS-13 than you're afraid to go back to your own country because of a rival gang will kill you?

Okay? That is proof positive! That's his admission! Everybody's like just ignoring it. 

So that's why there was a hold. This whole thing is a game. The reason the Dems are in a hole is because they don’t know what they were doing. They don’t know the law. They don’t know the facts. They are just swinging around aimlessly.

It isn't just that Van Hollen is anti-American! Also, the Dems don't know the facts! 

Listen to what I just said, the imperious judge now said:

According to the judge, deportation to El Salvador had been forbidden because, back in 2019, Abrego Garcia supposedly said that he was afraid to return to that country "because of a rival gang."

The judge said "rival gang" three times. She said you can't be afraid of "a rival gang" unless you belong to a gang yourself! 

The tiny small problem is this:

Based on the written opinion of the judge in that case, Abrego Garcia hadn't said any such thing. Neither he, nor anyone else, had referred to "a rival gang." 

That pleasing hook is inserted in many orations on this disgraceful "news channel." But no such statement by Abrego Garcia is part of the detailed court record.

Simply by clicking here, you can read Judge David Jones's detailed written opinion, in which he describes what Abrego Garcia and his family in El Salvador had actually said. 

Judge Jones explicitly said that he found Abrego's Garcia's testimony to be credible. But there's nothing in his detailed report about Abrego Garcia ever referring to fear of "a rival gang." That's a helpful fiction which has been invented by Suzanne Scott's array of monsters and tortured misfits on the Fox News Channel.

Tugging on her fingers and waving her arms, the judge had started by saying that Van Hollen is "anti-American." (He's also "pro-MS-13," the ridiculous harlequin said.) Eventually, she got around to making a claim which the monsters on her "cable news" channel have simply invented and fed to misled viewers all over Red America.

Listen to what I just said, this flamboyant idiot said. What she'd just said was tribal fiction. This garbage goes on, all day and all night, as the New York Times looks away.

Listen to what I just said, she implored. The Times refuses to do that.
